Japanese plug is type A.
I believe you need to use an adapter plug for your country.

Electric system
you may use transformer due to use 100V in Japan.

but OEM Support office told me that it operate from 100V to 240V the electric voltage by item.
for example 100V is OK, 220V is OK.
It's different from OEM manufacturing policy.
but I recommend you use transformer.
